Jean-Pierre and Michel are very committed to the quality of their wine, putting their love and care into all sides of their work, and believe working the vine thoughout the year is essential for the development of a local wine.

Their approach is to balance working the wine in a traditional fashion with working the soil with the reasonable minimum use of treatments.
